Makko Ho (Japanese Yoga)

Makko Ho is a series of exercises resembling gentle yoga-like stretches. These stretches empower you to balance that state of energy in your body. Through simple movement and focused breathwork, you are able to energize OR calm your own energy in the 12 major meridians or rivers of energy that are always flowing and in motion. Not only do they help identify energetic strengths and weaknesses, but they can help improve vital body functions and organ health as well as prevent disease.
