Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is scientifically proven to release physical, mental, and emotional tensions. It is a state of restful awareness in which you learn to relax consciously, tapping into your body’s innate wisdom and ability to restore order, balance and health.
Your session will begin with a brief reiki practice (or breathwork) to activate your own healing energy. You will be led through a guided nidra experience allowing for progressive relaxation. All you need to do is rest and listen and allow your body and mind to rejuvenate.
